Tincture

Our favourite Astragalus Root Tincture has to be Gaia Herb’s Astragalus Root Alcohol-Free 4oz bottle.  Gais Herb’s astragalus plants are standardized meaning they have been tested and each dose contain 1mg of astragalosides. We like the tincture because its a quick and easy way to take our medicine when we are on the move, simply make a cup of tea the add the droplets of the tincture and hey presto you have a very healthy, on-the-move beverage.

Raw Root

When i have a little more time on my hands i prefer to prepare a drink, soup or meal using the raw astragalus root.  This pure sliced root is great as nothing has been taken out nor added to it and its my preferred choice of Astragalus.  As you may have guessed getting your hands on raw astragalus root slices can be tricky and quite costly, luckily i have found a reliable source.

I buy the sliced root from Kalyx, its certified organic and every batch i have ordered myself has been great.
